Troll day

Forgive me for the lack of posts, recently i have been busy with stuffs in school, at home and in my OJT (on the job training).  I wasn't able to post other things before this T_T *buhuu, but anyway as i end this week with a review of the movie, Breaking Dawn part 2 that I and my cousin, Sam just watched last friday.

BTW..I lied!!!! i didn't went to my OJT on that very day, i just wore that dress that Sam was talking about in her blog. haha! But, it was refreshing indeed. A little change in my wardrobe or the way i dress, to be honest i really like wearing these things..sssshh!!! although there are times that i don't feel like it. haha!

People, really are starting to get on my nerves everytime i hear them or their 'PEG' is the breaking dawn part 2. Then i started to get intrigued little by little as two of my friends suddenly brought up that topic and went crazy all over, although they have spilled a few things for me just by saying some codes and letters in gay lingo. E.g "tapos desa, ganito yung nangyari.. na-Janek si anes, tapos nag-jaraneckan sina ganito ganyan.. na-janek (ulet?) c 'C'.. " that letter C really made me think about the movie a lot and the next day after that i just ended up watching the movie. 

(TBH i just watched the BD part 1 that evening w/ a continuation in the morning before we head to the cinema..hha!!)

that darn, good for nothing producers and directors... but it was good!!! like really TROLL GOOD!

i was in my seat and the people we're also in the same emotion as mine, my hands were all clenched or sometimes i was almost...ALMOST!!! biting my nails of suspense because of that VERY part.. and i had this tear in my eyes and suddenly.. WHAM!!! ---okaaay... WTF** just happened. But i tell you, even though i am not that Twi-hard fan (is that right?) it was a good movie. i like it and i think i will watch it again, i like the troll part. haha!

a nostalgic visit

Yesterday i went back to high school, things may be a little bit different from before but the feeling is still there. I miss high school.

As i take a step further, so near to achieve my goals and face the real world. I can never forget where i came from and developed who i am right now.

I went there because there's this Fun Run that they organized tom. @ 5am, my brother-in-law asked me to register him and my sis to the event. I was so giddy and excited to see my former teachers in hs teehee :))

at the hallways of our school, i used to run like crazy here..hahaa!!

WHITE BEAN: pesto, quesadillas and friends

Sorry for the late post! i was a bit busy lately studying and reviewing for my exam this coming Sunday. (weekend? ikr?) but anyway..pleease wish me luck! :) i hope i will get the right answers.

Anyway, last Tuesday afternoon i and my friends went out to chat since our friend, Mon just got home from MLA. And my ever quirky cousin Sam asked me to take a picture of her outfit that day.

So we went to this cute cafe/restaurant shop. i said 'cute' because it's as if you walked inside a doll house! though there were just a few things there it's still looked like a princess/doll house because of the interior, the couches, the side bar, the cupboards everything!

Creamy Pesto, it's so creamy that it compliments the nuttiness of the dish 

and the pasta is just al dente..

I've tasted a lot of quesadillas before and this is just yummy. This is chicken and cheese with spicy tomatoes (not really that spicy) quesadillas, the name says it all and it has a tomato salsa on the side for a dip.

i just love the whole concept of this cafe shop, the ambiance, the place, the food has quality and really tastes good. Although you might find it weird when you're eating or hanging out w/ your loved one there, cuz there are people who keeps on looking inside whenever they pass by. Well i guess they can't help it since it's a really cute place to hang-out.

Lazy Afternoon and a bucket of mojos

Yesterday i went out with a couple of friends to have a photo shoot, it's one of our ways to spend time, let our creativity flow and all that jazz; Also it's for my cousin Sam's blog. check it out guys you may find some fashion tips from her ^_^

At first it was a bit hard, our friend Nick asked me to be the creative director alongside with Ged. I thought that the light passing through the trees would be a great effect on her, so walked around looked for a spot with the best light to catch.

Oh and yeah, i guess i haven't mentioned in my description in the blog; i am an amateur  photographer. I don't consider myself as a pro, maybe a novice? *laughs! but i still stick to the basics and that's just photography. I still need some advice coming from the pros.

Although i have some gigs? (should i even call it that way..) It's not that much but i still consider it as an achievement for me even though i'm just starting. :) weee <3

Happy time w/ Happy Leaf

I always forget to blog something about this new Tea Stall in SM. - Happy Leaf

They got lots of flavors to choose from, you can choose regular fruit tea or milk tea, and they serve milk tea slush too. Their tapioca pearls are a bit sweet for me but i don't mind! (i still enjoy chewing them *laughs!) And I particularly love the color of their straws..teehee! The tea costs for a reasonable price, and i'm sure that you're going to enjoy it too once you buy a drink from them. It's refreshing and it's very tasty, good for meals/snacks. I have tried the Oreo Milk Tea Slush (thumbs up!) and the Okinawa Milk tea (tastes like Wintermelon)
My fave drink in Happy leaf so far is the Blueberry Milk Tea, reminds me of my childhood snacks before, tasted like the combination of Nature Valley bars and Pop Tarts Strawberry/Blueberry.
(you guys might find it weird if i have a very distinct sense of taste.. =_=)
so anyways...

another reason for me to like it is that: other Tea shops here in Naga doesn't have a Blueberry Flavor. TBH i have one favorite drink in each tea shops here ^_^

Hibiscus

so sorry for not updating recently!! >A<  *90degree bow 2x
and this is post is soooo late already!! i should have posted this like a month ago. :P

anyway...
you guys may be wondering why the title is Hibiscus. When i first heard this word first thing came into my mind were "biscuits".haha!! i don't know why maybe it's because of a name of a biscuit here: "Fibisco".

I'm getting nowhere here..so anyways,

After my Philo class which was toooootaally boring, i even fell asleep in class since it was raining too and it just feels good to sleep. My Philo class starts exactly at lunch time and ends at what we call here in the Phils. "siesta" meaning a time to nap, relax, or just rest after eating lunch. Good thing i wasn't drooling over my handouts when i passed out during class. well, even our teacher says that our schedule really is a bit tiring and boring.

When we got dismissed, since my mom asked me to pay the water bills for her, so i went. When the jeepney passed by the Starbucks i saw this tarp of theirs a new drink! i thought it was Raspberry something. when i got there to Starbucks after paying the bills because i was thinking of trying that drink. It wasn't really raspberry, it's Very Berry Hibiscus..
(so that's where the title came from....)          HAHHAA!!

i went in and asked about it, they told me that it's delicious and it goes well w/ raspberry syrup. But the other flavor was the best seller b/w the two of them. Still, out of curiosity i tried the VBH w/ raspberry syrup.
VBH has an extract of green coffee beans,
it was..... weird!! then i noticed that there were blackberries on it so maybe that's why it tastes a bit different. t'was my first time to taste a blackberry. But, as i continue to drink it, it slowly tastes better. It was a bit strong at first i thought it was a  medicine or something! Well, it was okay and it's really refreshing as they say in the Ads :)

A gloomy day for the Nagueño's.  A sad news greeted all of us this morning, when we learned that Ex-Mayor, DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo's body found dead inside the plane that crashed last saturday. It was kind of weird actually, i and my friends were having a conversation then we came across his name. Then when i got home checked the net i saw the news, his plane crashed in the waters of Masbate. I was shocked, and hoped that he will survive that accident. But unfortunately he didn't.

This picture was taken back in 2009, we were invited for dinner after the Graduation Ceremony in Ateneo de Naga University HS by our Corps. Commander in CAT. This was the first and the last time i shook hands with our beloved Mayor. Naga, Bicolandia, the Philippines lost a great man. He will be missed. His legacy will not be forgotten, and will live on in our hearts. RIP Mayor Jesse Robredo, he's w/ our creator in a good place right now.

P.S Got a bit mad to those who bash him, but i told myself they're not worth arguing with. They just don't know what they're doing and karma will come to them. i guess..

Rise of the Geeks!!!!!

Yesterday our organization of junior business managers or what we call JABMA had an acquaintance party: Rise of the Geeks, held at Moraville Hotel & Restaurant. I and my friends and other mgt. students had so much fun even though there were just a few attended. This may be the last time i'd dance for a production number in a gathering. My outfit was inspired of Jess (Zoeey Deschanel) from the TV Series: New Girl slash Rachel Berry in Glee..haha!

The food was great, everything was delish except for one chicken dish. The chicken was a bit bland, i only ate the vegetables of it. I soo love the laing and the beef steak. The Seniors had the first production number and it was a trip! haha! At first there was an air gap because the staff of the Moraville wasn't able to fix well the sound system, what a bummer. Thus we moved on to the games and it was craazy! 10 boys has to form a circle facing outside then a straw is inserted b/w their legs, then 11 girls has to go around (like a trip to Jerusalem) and when the music stops they have to get the straw. Unfortunately i didn't won, our gay blockmate did. haha! And he was happy to do it anyway.

We went to The Tent for the After Party  hours. It was my first time to taste the SML lemon.

Gloomy day for me..

Feeling a bit down since last night, i was a bit worried because i thought the camera wasn't working well and i'd be in big trouble if that happens. To found out that the lens has had the problem. my camera's kit lens is not working well whenever i use the auto focus mode. A friend told me that that's the most usual problem a Canon Kit lens could happen, he told me that the flex has to be repaired. I told my dad about it, and he said he'll think about it and see if we have time to bring it to the Canon Center. And so to cheer myself, watched Adventure Time marathon on Cartoon Network, and a few episodes from HIMYM (omg i love this show hha!) and of course i provided myself with lots and lots of food. Food helps whenever a person is sad (isn't it?)

So i went to 'Centro', we call it that way since it is the Center for all the businesses here in Naga City. Went to E-mall to buy custard bread (Caramel Bakeshop Emall) for mom because she was a bit upset when i left for not buying bread. When i went to Robinson's supermarket to the noodles section; i was looking for the curly spaghetti because i was craving for one. Then i saw this new Lucky Me Curly Spaghetti Korean Style Bibim Myun, i got interested since it's a korean flavored dish. So, i immediately bought one and one Pancit Canton just in case i won't like the bibim myun. ^_^

When i got home i cooked the Bibim Myun and it tasted good! not just saying that it tastes good but it reached my expectations, every korean dish (i think most of them) are spicy. Yes, the Bibim Myun curly Spaghetti is spicy, that's why i say it's good. :)

Then after a few hours i got hungry again, i begged my mom to buy me a Mcspaghetti. But instead of coming with me, i went alone to Mcdonalds and bought me-self a HAPPY MEAL!! i don't know what got into me i just thought it would be nice to buy one and since the Ben10 action figure thingy attracted me and of it's color green. :)

 

note: the toy doesn't do anything except that it's movable! haha!

My First Post!

So yeah the title says it all, most of my blogs are in tumblr. Just wanted to try making a blog post this time, not only 're blogging' someones post. (because that's what i usually do in tumblr, kekeke)

TBH you guys, i don't have much anything to say yet. Hope that you'll just enjoy my succeeding posts. =)
